PRODUCT EXCHANGE AND RETURN

We want you to be fully satisfied with our products. If this is not the case, you may request an exchange or return under the conditions below.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE

If you wish to exchange the product (color, length, type):

  • Send the product back to SC ROYAL HAIR SRL
  • Shipping costs are borne by the customer
  • After receiving the product, we will contact you to confirm the new item
  • The new product will be delivered within 2–3 working days

ESSENTIAL RULE (VERY IMPORTANT)

In the case of a product exchange, if the golden seal has been opened but the product has NOT been used, a repackaging fee of up to 25% of the product value will be applied.

You can check the color, length, weight, and quality without breaking the seal.

ACCEPTANCE CONDITIONS

The products must be:

  • In perfect condition
  • In original intact packaging
  • Without signs of wear or use
  • With the golden seal intact

The products must be returned together with all accessories, received gifts, and purchase documents.

Products that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to the customer.

ATTENTION! RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR:

  • Products without a golden seal
  • Used, cut, dyed, or damaged products
  • Clip-on extensions or separate wefts (for hygiene reasons)
  • Modified wigs (cut lace or forced adjustment system)

Legal exchange period: 14 calendar days

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

After completing the return form, a pickup request will be automatically generated to the courier company. Once the package is received in our warehouse, you will be contacted by the returns department for confirmation and processing.

If you wish to send the package yourself, it must be sent to the address indicated below.

Attention! Products that arrive at the warehouse and do not comply with the return terms and conditions (the product must be sealed, in its original packaging with all related accessories) will be returned to the sender. Clip-on extensions without a seal will be returned to the sender via the same courier company, with the transport costs covered by the customer.

I agree to pay a repackaging fee of 10% of the product value if the product is unsealed.
