PRODUCT EXCHANGE AND RETURN
We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. If this is not the case, you have the option to exchange or return, under the conditions below.
PRODUCT EXCHANGE
If you want to exchange the product (colour, length, type):
- Send the product back to SC ROYAL HAIR SRL
- Shipping costs are borne by the customer
- After reception, we will contact you to confirm the new product
- The new product will be delivered within 2–3 working days
ESSENTIAL RULE (VERY IMPORTANT)
In case of product exchange, if the golden seal has been broken but the product has NOT been used, a repackaging fee of up to 25% of the product value will apply.
You can check the colour, length, weight and quality without breaking the seal.
ACCEPTANCE CONDITIONS
Products must be:
- In perfect condition
- In intact original packaging
- Without signs of wear or trying on
- With intact golden seal
Products must be returned along with all accessories, gifts received and purchase documents.
Products not meeting these conditions will be refused and returned to the customer.
WARNING! RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED
- Products without golden seal
- Products worn, cut, dyed or damaged
- Clip-on extensions or separate wefts (for hygiene reasons)
- Modified wigs (cut net or altered system)
Legal exchange period: 14 calendar days

After completing the return form, a pick-up request will be automatically sent to the courier company. Later, upon receipt of the package at our warehouse, you will be contacted by the returns department operators for confirmation and processing.
If you wish to send the package yourself, it must be sent to the address below.
