We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. If this is not the case, you have the option to return or exchange, according to the conditions below.
ESSENTIAL RULE (MANDATORY)
If the golden seal is NOT intact, the product CANNOT be returned and NO refund will be issued.
- Opening the product = product considered tried/used
- In this case, you lose the right to return
- Do not try to repackage the product after opening the seal
You can check the colour, length, weight and quality without breaking the seal.
RETURN CONDITIONS
For the return to be accepted, the product must be:
- In perfect condition
- In intact original packaging
- With the golden seal intact
- Without traces of wear, smell or damage
Products that do not meet the return conditions will be refused for hygiene reasons and will be shipped back to the customer, with the shipping costs fully borne by them.
Products must be returned together with: accessories / received gifts / purchase documents.
RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR:
- Products without intact golden seal
- Tested or worn products
- Cut, dyed or damaged products
- Clip-on extensions / separate tables (for hygiene reasons)
- Modified wigs (cut net or forced adjustment system)
- Orders older than 14 days
REFUND
- Legal term: 14 calendar days
- Refund is made within max. 14–15 days by bank transfer (IBAN)
- Only the product value is refunded, NOT the shipping
- Return shipping cost is borne by the customer
If you benefited from free shipping, this will be deducted from the refunded amount.
The right of return applies only to individuals (according to OUG 34/2014).

After filling in the return form, a pick-up request will be automatically generated to the courier company. Subsequently, upon receipt of the package at our warehouse, you will be contacted by the return department operators for confirmation and processing.
If you want to send the package personally, it must be sent to the address indicated below.
